OnlineLighting.com.au deliver our products by courier to your door to most suburbs within Australia and most International countries.  Orders will be shipped as soon as possible, depending on product availability. If a product is not available customers will be notified.

The prices and times below can be used as a guide for delivery. Additional delivery changes may apply to heavy products or orders with multiple products due to the added weight.  The delivery costs will be automatically calculated at the time of checkout, but you can also check the delivery cost (without having to create an account) by adding products and quantities to your shopping cart, then selecting the appropriate delivery details.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

OnlineLighting.com.au use quality couriers and Australia Post. All products are insured for your protection.

Orders are shipped on business days only.  Business days are Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays).  No shipments are made on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays.

OnlineLighting.com.au cannot be responsible for delivery delays beyond our control and as such delivery times are only an approximate. Late delivery does not constitute failure of our agreement and does not entitle cancellation.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us if a product does not arrive. Once we have been notified we will lodge an enquiry with the courier company and track your product accordingly.

Please ensure your recipient address is a business address, or if a personal address it must be able to be left in a safe place (you will need to indicate this under special instructions on your shipping details). Please also provide contact telephone no. of recipient if possible to allow us to confirm delivery details if required.

If a product cannot be delivered due to incorrect address, or if the recipient is unavailable and we have not been given an alternate option,  an extra fee of $25.00 will apply for re delivery.
